GIRLY and GOODBYE GEMINI reviewed
Here is a link to my review of Freddie Francis' GIRLY and Alan Gibson's GOODBYE GEMINI, two psychological horror pictures from 1969 and now available on DVD from Scorpion Releasing, which is featured in this month's issue of SIGHT & SOUND.
Labels: Girly, Goodbye Gemini

I finally saw both just recently and was impressed. Both directors captured an incredible atmosphere of decadence and criminal insanity and, in Girly's case, putresence and decay. Judy Geeson and Vanessa Howard gave fantastic performances.
